We hope you love your purchases at Lola Chiq! Unworn/unaltered merchandise with tags on may be returned for store credit ONLY within 14 days of the day you receive your package as recorded by USPS. SHOES, ACCESSORIES AND SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL and cannot be returned. EXCHANGES of merchandise in online orders are NOT AVAILABLE at this moment. Once we receive your return we will email you an e-gift card with a code that you can use in your next purchase.
If the order is returned past the 14-day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, we will send you a notice that the items will be sent back to you at your cost or, we can send the items back to you with a future order. To make your return:
- In order to make a return, please refer to these guidelines, also included in the INVOICE, to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Once your package is received please allow 7 (seven) business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed an e gift card with a code to use on your next purchase.
- All sales of SHOES, ACCESSORIES OR SALE items are FINAL. No returns, refund or credit allowed.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN:
- Sale items and all accessories ( including shoes, costume jewelry, scarves, belts and gift certificates among others)
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on, washed or have make up stains on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
- We only carry limited pieces of a style so we do not have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and timely sending back any return items to be processed for either a refund or online credit.
Trouble with your order?
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise (stained, ripped, defective zipper or missing buttons, among others) you must return your item within the specified 14 day period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
