I’M NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO PURCHASE?

We are happy to assist you in your selections and answer questions about sizing, please contact us at 561-630-7776 during business hours.   All our posts include reference to the model size and fit so you can better assess your size.  

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

When you are checking out you're will have an area to input your applicable discount code. Discount codes are not applicable when using an online gift card.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

 If you want to spread the love and give a Lola Chiq gift card you can buy a gift card that we will send via email, or you can also purchase a physical gift card at our store.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • We hope you love your purchases at Lola Chiq!  Unworn/unaltered merchandise with tags on may be returned for store credit ONLY within 14 days of the day you receive your package as recorded by USPS.  SHOES, ACCESSORIES AND SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL and cannot be returned. EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE at this moment. Once we receive your return we will email you an e-gift card with a code you can use on your next purchase.
  • Once your package is received please allow 7 (seven) business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a Lola Chiq e-gift card with a code to use on your next purchase.
  • All sales of SHOES, ACCESSORIES OR SALE items are FINAL. No returns, refund or credit allowed.

HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

  • You'll receive an email with your Lola Chiq e-gift card with the amount of your store credit .You will need that email to redeem your credit.
  1. Find the email from Lola Chiq Boutique. It will have a subject line of "YOUR LOLA CHIQ GIFT CARD IS NOW AVAILABLE"
  2. You may need to check your spam folder to find this email.
  3. Click on VIEW YOUR GIFT CARD or VISIT OUR STORE to start shopping.
  4. Shop around and at checkout you input your gift card code. 

    WHAT ABOUT EMAILS?

    Lola Chiq sends promotional emails up to once a week to keep our subscribers informed about the latest trends and sales at Lola. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking the link at the bottom of an email.
